Filip Alexanderson (1975) is a writer and actor with Sweden’s prestigious Royal Dramatic Theater. He has studied acting at the National Academy of Mime and Acting in Stockholm and in 2005 he made his debut at the Royal Dramatic Theater. During his over decade-long tenure with the Royal Dramatic Theater, Alexanderson has performed in more than twenty major productions such as Molière’s The Miser, Peter Shaffer’s Amadeus, and Bulgakov’s The Master and Margarita.
Filip Alexanderson’s debuted as a fiction writer with the novel Firstborn, which was published by Norstedts in October 2015 and was followed by the sequel The Renegade in 2017. The first book has been adapted into a television series starring Izabella Scorupco and August Wittgenstein, Hidden, which premiered on Viaplay in February 2019.
