Åsa Larsson Recieves the Crimetime Honorary Award

Åsa Larsson will be awarded the Crimetime Honorary Award 2022. The motivation for awarding the prize to her reads as follows:

“Åsa Larsson has, since her debut in 2003, she has spellbound both critics and readers with her novels.”

In a press release, Åsa Larsson says:

“I am grateful that the Crimetime Award exist. The Swedish crime novel is internationally recognized, it provides joy of reading to many and Crimetime Award acknowledges new authors, YA authors, as well as established ones. To receive this award after I’ve finished both the Rebecka Martinsson Series and the PAX series is incredibly valuable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.”

The award will be presented to Åsa during the Gothenburg Bookfair, on September 24th.
